Grady plays fantasy miniature war games. He lives alone in a house he purchased 15 years ago with money from his grandmother passing. There is no art on his walls but his spare room is full of paints and half finished miniature terrain. He dreams of epic orc battles.
He wishes he was smarter because he thinks people would notice him more if he was.
Medium everything no onions
Chrissy is in love with a girl she met at a high school party 25 years ago. She only met her once but she's built a whole fantasy about their life in her daydreams. She doesn't mention this to anyone. Sometimes she tries to look her up online but she's never found her and if she's being really honest she hopes he never does.

Jeremy works at the local library. He's bisexual but has never has sex with a man. He's worried that makes him a fraud. When he thinks people won't notice he slips queer young adult romances into the teen section. He finds life overwhelming and wishes everyone was a bit kinder to one another.

Everyone likes Paul except Paul. He's the funny guy of the group. Always willing to throw a joke his own way. After hanging out he goes home to his apartment and watches the same TV show he has been watching for 8 years. He falls asleep on the couch sometime around 2am. "Tomorrow I'll start that diet," he lies to himself.
Paul doesn't know it yet but tomorrow is the day he actually starts to turn his life around.
